The Avalanche is the newest fairway driver added to the DGA lineup. Think of this as the answer to the Innova Firebird, Discraft Raptor and may other similar flat-topped beefcake 9-speeds. This is going to be a go-to on windy days and when you are needing massive right to left movement on your backhand shots.

This flat-topped overstable mold is designed to resist high-speed turn and provide players with reliable fade with each throw. This disc features a thin, low-profile rim that offers a comfortable grip and effortless release for both backhand and forehand throwers. With its predictable flight and versatile capabilities, the Avalanche is an excellent addition to any player’s disc golf bag. Grab one today before the First Flight run with limited edition artwork by John Dorn are all gone!

Flight Ratings: Speed 9, Glide 3, Turn 0, Fade 4

About the plastic: DGA's Tour Series Swirl for the 2024 season is a completely unique blend that DGA does not normally run. They do not even have an official name for this, but it is a premium, fairly metallic like plastic, with swirls and beautiful styles to it. Expect this to be extremely durable, and on the stiffer side of premium plastics. Stiffer plastics are typically only the stable to overstable side of plastic stability, comparable to something like Discraft's Titanium.
